2 oz SKYBOUND Bourbon
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp simple syrup
1 2” Orange Peel
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
Place SKYBOUND Bourbon, Bitters and simple syrup in an Old Fashioned Glass. Add 1 to 2 large Ice cubes. Vigorously stir. Garnish with the orange peel and cherry.
Dark and Stormy
2 oz SEATTLE SEAFAIR PIRATE RUM
3 oz Gosling’s Ginger Beer
Lime peel twist
Vigorously Stir Rum and Ginger Beer with ample ice in separate glass. Pour into lowball glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a lime twist.
I See What you Did
2 oz SEATTLE SEAFAIR PIRATE RUM
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
½ oz Falernum (See recipe)
4 shakes Anagosta bitters
Lime peel
Mix all ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ample Ice. Pour in highball glass with large ice cube. Garnish with lime peel.
Falernum:
20 cloves
20 almonds
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2-3 Limes zest
1 ½ SEATTLE SEAFAIR PIRATE RUM
Roast cloves and almonds in the oven. Put all ingredients in large Mason jar and sit for 24 hours. Add simple syrup in equal parts before serving.
Gordon’s Cup
2 oz SKYBOUND VODKA
3-4 slices cucumber
5-6 lime wedges
¾ oz simple syrup
4-6 mint sprigs
Gently muddle cucumber, lime wedges and mint sprigs in cocktail shaker. Add SKYBOUND Vodka and simple syrup. Shake vigorously, strain and serve into tall glass with large ice cube.
Manhattan
2 oz SKYBOUND Bourbon
1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with an abundance of ice. Shake vigorously and let rest for 1 minute. Pour into a classic Martini glass, serve up (always), and garnish with Cherry.
Old Fashioned Leap Year
2 oz SKYBOUND Barrel Finished Gin
¼ oz Grand Marnier
¼” oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz Fresh squeezed orange juice
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Luxardo Marishino Cherry
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ample ice. Vigorously Shake. Add one large, impressive ice cube to your old fashioned glass. Pour into the glass, garnish with a cherry.
Negroni/Boulevardier
1 oz SKYBOUND Barrel Rested Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth
1 2” Grapefruit Peel
Place all in ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ample ice. Vigorously shake for 1 minute. Let sit for 1 minute. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
Gin & Tonic
2 oz SKYBOUND Botanical Gin
4 oz East Imperial Yuzu Tonic (their sweet, tart zest complements our unique Botanicals in our Gin)
Pour SKYBOUND Botanical Gin and Tonic into highball glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with grapefruit peel.

1 ½ oz SKYBOUND Botanical Gin
¼ oz Chartreuse
¼ oz Dry Vermouth (Dolin preferred)
Dash Luxardo
Lemon Twist
