2 oz SEATTLE SEAFAIR PIRATE RUM
3 oz Gosling’s Ginger Beer
Lime peel twist
Vigorously Stir Rum and Ginger Beer with ample ice in separate glass. Pour into lowball glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a lime twist.

2 oz SEATTLE SEAFAIR PIRATE RUM
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
½ oz Falernum (See recipe)
4 shakes Anagosta bitters
Lime peel
Mix all ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ample Ice. Pour in highball glass with large ice cube. Garnish with lime peel.
Falernum:
20 cloves
20 almonds
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2-3 Limes zest
1 ½ SEATTLE SEAFAIR PIRATE RUM
Roast cloves and almonds in the oven. Put all ingredients in large Mason jar and sit for 24 hours. Add simple syrup in equal parts before serving.
